our process

We'll work together over email and/or text to coordinate outfits, locations and plan for our time together. All of our clients get access to our style guide and prep checklist to help them get ready for the big day!

This is where the magic happens. Time to relax and just have fun. We'll guide you on posing and getting images that capture you. All sessions are photographed on Mondays and Wednesdays around sunset.

Around 1-2 weeks after your session we'll send over your proof gallery for selecting your favorite images to have as high resolution digitals. Once selected we'll artistically edit and send them back to you to download directly to your computer.

It's best to book your session at least 2 months in advance to guarantee a spot. For picking your season, consider things like what clothing you like to wear, any yearbook ad deadlines as well as sunset times due to school schedules. For those wanting green & floral we highly suggest booking August-September as Spring may not bloom until late April/May.

Yes, over the past 11 years in business we have found what our clients love most and created easy all-inclusive sessions to simplify the process and prevent clients from wondering what their total investment would be.

Yes! All of our digital collections will include a full print release with suggestions on where to print. Keep in mind that all files are sized to print up to a 16x24. For the best quality, we recommend printing large items
through us.

Most clients feel as though 48 hours is sufficient time to look through their gallery with family and friends to select their favorites. If your gallery release date doesn't work with your schedule, just let us know and we're happy to release it on a certain 48 hour time frame. You may also extend your time by 24 hours with a $50 extension fee.

Each of our clients fill out a Senior Questionnaire giving us more info about them and what types of locations they like. Once we have received pictures of your selected outfits we'll decide which location(s) will go best with your looks.

Yes, the state of Texas requires us to collect sales tax on all services that produce a product, even digitally. The current 8.25% is added to any and all invoices received by Pink Fly Photography.
